Ordering from fishingtackle2u is easy

- find the item you require
- choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
- click the "Add to Cart" button
- wherever you are on FT2U website, you can add items to your basket in the same way
- you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "View cart" button
- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
- post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
- click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
- fill in the order details on the secure form
You can also place an order by phone, fax or mail.

Payment

We accept Delta, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa and Switch.
We also accept Electron but many of these cards are 'Swipe only' and therefore cannot be used for online transactions.
 
We will not charge you for any goods until they are despatched!

Returned goods

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs plus 15% of the cost of the item if in the Republic of Ireland.  If ordering from the European Mainland, please phone for return charges.  Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting it.
If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Returning Waders and Wading Boots

Please note that before any credit ot replacement is sent the waders must be sent back to the manufacturer to be tested.  If no manufacturing fault can be found, the customer will be required to redeem the shop postage.  Please take this into account when purchasing.  Please be aware that waders do not react kindly to gorse, thorns, barbed wire etc.

As a thank you to all our valued customers, orders over £35 come with free shipping to anywhere in the U.K. mainland and Ireland.
Orders for less than £35 charged at £3.95 to the UK Mainland and Ireland.

Customers in mainland Europe are advised to phone for postage costs.

Please note that customers in mainland Europe must pay postage for any returns themselves.

Import duty or tax

Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Credit Card Security

We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.
