Payment We accept Delta, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa and Switch. We also accept Electron but many of these cards are 'Swipe only' and therefore cannot be used for online transactions. We will not charge you for any goods until they are despatched! Returned goods Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received. If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs plus 15% of the cost of the item if in the Republic of Ireland. If ordering from the European Mainland, please phone for return charges. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting it. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us.
